All product returns must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
Any item that arrives damaged or already opened, or with the seals broken will be fully refunded including shipping charge – You must have the invoice and proof of photo of the item as received.
All products must be returned, unused, in good condition, and in original boxes (whenever possible).
Keep the Return Tracking Number to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
