Returnable items can only be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product. If the product is damaged due to the removal or opening of the product tag, exchange or return is not possible even within 7 days of receipt of the product.

When returning a product, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. (Excluding product defects and delivery errors)

Some special sale products may not be exchanged or returned due to customer's simple change of mind after delivery, except for product defects or incorrect delivery.

Returned items must be returned to the address provided by the customer service center.

If you return a product with a purchase price of more than $100, you must use a traceable delivery service or a delivery service with insurance at the customer's expense.
