    The wire on top allows for bringing the mask in tight at top of nose. Mask seems to breathe well

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless we are experiencing a high volume of orders or shipments. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, our team will contact you via email or telephone.

We offer USPS or UPS for your delivery carrier which can be chosen at your checkout.  Shipping Rates are calculated according to the weight of your items and your address.  Please be advised some of our items are only eligible for ground shipping due to content of the product and this will be automatically chosen per our system. 

You will be notified with your shipment information including tracking number if your contact information is provided.


Refund Policy

For any products arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at your earliest convenience.  We will setup to send a replacement as soon as we communicate with you.

If you would like to exchange/return your purchase, please send us an email with your order information to process further.  Once your return/exchange request is accepted by our team, please send your order back along with a receipt or proof of purchase within 15 days of receiving your product(s). After that time, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, shipping label is not provided unless the item was damaged or defected.

We may be issue the cancellation if the order has not been shipped out.  Once the order is shipped out, we are unable to cancel your order.  The order maybe eligible for the return accordingly to our return policy.
