DIRECTIONS & TIP
Before use, cleanse and thoroughly dry skin. Apply a generous amount and gently massage in a circular motion to roll, lift and sweep away dead skin cells. Rinse well with lukewarm water. Use 1 to 2 times a week depending on skin sensitivity. Avoid eye area.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2~5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. Priority and Express shipping cut off time is 11 AM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Priority and Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day U.S. Shipping Only.

Refund Policy
Claims for any damages must be made within 2 business days upon receipt of your order.
All items returned for credit must be in the original state with all labels intact.
All returns MUST be returned back to us within 7 days from the date you receive your ordered shipment. All shipping costs for returns (except for the wrong items shipped from us) must be paid by you. There is a restocking charge of 20% of the order amount for all returns after 7 days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You can cancel the order before the order has been shipped by writing to us at sales.davenduinc@gmail.com.
The cancellation will be effective before shipping and you will get a confirmation email but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it. If your order is cancelled after your
credit card/bank account has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your card/bank account.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by davendu and accept davendu's decision regarding the cancellation
Refusals: Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders will result in charges for any additional shipping expenses incurred, as well as a 25% restocking fee.
