Return and Exchange Policy

New & Unused: We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order. We are unable to accept returns that have been opened and used. Items that have been used will be refused for returns. Please note, the seller is not responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you assume responsibility for the return shipping cost. We accept return requests for items received damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery. A refund will be credited back to your original payment method and will post 3-5 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Opened & Used: Depending on the return reason, some opened and used items will be accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees, insurance, etc and Product must be at least 2/3 full upon return

We will decide the refund amount depends on condition 20%- 50% restocking fee (Depending on the condition) will be deducted from your refund.
