Shipping Policy
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays-Fridays (excluding major holidays). Orders typically take 1-2 days to be processed and shipped for items that are shipped from United States and 3-5 days for items that are shipped from China. Once the order is shipped it'll take about 2-5 days to be delivered for items that are shipped from United States and 2-5 weeks for items that are shipped from China.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following is required:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- You have the receipt (invoice) or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
*Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, products that are shipped from China is not eligible for a return.
